There is no email or live chat or phone number.
Its ticket or nothing.
For a game to get an refund exception because of a major defect the majority of players would need to experience that.
There are no comments about that on the games forum and there are thousands of people playing with no problems apparently.
So in the end, even if it sucks, it would make more sense looking for the problem on your end, either software or hardware.
Thats one of the downsides of PC gaming .
Maybe create an help thread on the Space Marine 2 forums and ask if anyone else had the same problem and if there maybe is a fix if so.

Game keeps crashing
Maybe you will find a solution to your issue.
If you go to the game's forums and most people are reporting the same issue, then the problem is confined to your system, and any issues there may not be the game's fault per se. There's no hoops to jump through or email addresses to haggle or harass people with to get what you want if you're not refund eligible.
You could always try a manual request through the ticket system. But depending on the details the answer may still be no. Resolving the underlying issue causing the game to crash is probably your best bet.
I thought OP already did that.
You might be right, I did assume they were going through the automated refund process. But them saying they were told there's nothing wrong with the game would imply not an automated response which generally just cares about time played.
