i can't open market..
it's the same issue for months
what can i do to stop it from happenning?

Try clearing the cache in Steam through the browser settings. Make sure your account is in good standing and has no restrictions. You can also try using the Steam Beta client or disabling any VPN. Check Steam's server status to rule out global issues. If nothing works, reinstall Steam.
