I'm thankful for the help you guys gave. But its still very hard to actually get somewhere. My frustration is about Steam, not about the kind souls here. Although many links here don't bring a solution.
Pro tip, don't make more emails you don't plan to keep track of, or use password manager to help keep track of them. The fewer the emails you use, the easier it is on you to remembering them, and not losing them.
Pro tip: Pay attention to the world around you, it's crazy.
Recover account process > prove to support ownership > get account back.
If they're giving you a hard time, it's likely either you failing to provide the information they asked, or not explaining things clearly.
And yes there reason why I made said assumption because there are people who goes out of their way to make multiple emails they don't bother keep track.
