Steam families - how to sort library by owner?
With the old game sharing system my library was sorted by each owner, now other family members' games are all under "Steam family" - is it possible to sort them by owner like it used to be?

Nope, its now only one big shared library, its no longer possible to split them up by user.

That's annoying, why not let us sort them by owner?

You have to ask Valve.
My guess is because you no longer "borrow" the library of another user but all users in a family use a shared library with no separation.
If you look at shared games in your library you will see that it also will not tell you from which user the game is, just " From your Steam Family" .
The only time you see owner names is when the family owns two different versions of the same game, with different DLC. In that case you can switch your "preferred version" so you can choose which DLC are available when you play.

hey dunno if you still needed this, but if you go to library then hit the drop-down directly under home, check group games by library, it will show two folders one with of all your games and another including all the games from the shared library, not as nice as being able to sort by individual owner, but helpful regardless, hope this helps
