Steam does not have any other copies of it.
And if you have selected all cloud data they would have over written all the saves on the HDD.
What you you should have done was choose the saves on the HDD.
Sorry to say it cant be undone.
You maybe could ask someone on the discussion hub for that game if there is any saves that are dowbnloadable. Some games will upload saves to the games websight

One thing you can try , Open the game's directory where the saves were rightclick the empty space then properties>previous versions. See if your windows still has this , copy the folder out.

There are no previous versions, and as far as I remember, I didn't receive any cloud save conflicts, although it's been so long I don't remember. Assuming It did, and I pressed the wrong save file. IS there a way to revert it?
How do I back up my game data from the previous device where it still has the data?
