well i didnt change or reset anything, and steam community market is working fine... What could be the issue?

i see it in the FaQ about trade, and then it shows me that my account is unable to participate in trading. Under it only shows the list why that can be the case. None of these solutions apply to me since i didnt change anything in my account.

There's apparently a new security feature to help stop API scams that puts a short trade restriction on accounts that change their profile name. It's only a few hours and there are already lots of threads about this from the past day or two.

I think it's a new security thing added by Valve. After you change your name you have to wait 2-4 hours or something like that.
