Whenever I try to log into Steam the client is stuck on a permanent loading loop and will not continue with signing me in. Both the blue Log In button and the QR code have a loading wheel and won't progress any further.

I've tried closing Steam and ending all processes in Task Manager several times, deleting and reinstalling Steam (both on the same hard drive and also on a seperate one) but I'm still getting the same problem. I've left it alone hoping it'll eventually sort itself out but I'd have more luck watching paint dry at this point. Does anyone have any ideas? It just started happening out of the blue
