"Missing decryption key" SteamCMD

Hello,
Trying to install workshop items for dedicated server.
Keep getting this error within "workshop_log".
I am running the steam login from a alt account so it's not on my main.
Yes I do own DayZ on that account.

Are you really sure you're downloading workshop items through SteamCMD and not the game server in the first place? This is a game-specific topic, for KF2 for example, SteamCMD doesn't know of any Steam workshop integration (despite the serve having it, it just handles it itself). Ask on the game forum.

found any fix, i am getting the same error when i tried to download a workshop shared file, i am logged in to my steam account in cmd and i dont have the steam app on windows currently...please help if you have found a fix for this
