Just updated steam and suddenly my friendslist and chat are not in my default language.

Chat is in Chinese or Korean, rest of steam is still in English

Changing the settings doesn't fix it, and neither does restarting steam...

delete steam and reinstall it

How about I just delete steam and not reinstall because gabe is too busy giving out christmas joy to fix his multimillion dollar platform.
