Report a translation problem
Report, block, move on.
Just report those accounts and delete them from your friends list. Since scammers will just use a different account next time, I do not think that blocking such spammers accomplishes much.

If everyone was capable of spotting phishing pages or knew how they work, I think a lot of people would not lose their accounts anyway.

Fun fact, Steam has one click auto login, which is a single green button, and there no text fields at all. Example you can try checking this out is doing it on steamdb.info, visit Steam itself first, login, then visit the 3rd party site, and you see a single green button, nothing else to click on.

It actually came to me from my friend and i just logged in
after probably 1 month or 2 It chatted with my friends and asked them to vote for the same giants team on the same site. So rather than reporting i think it's best to ignore it.
You don't click on the link, or try to engage with the person.
