Steam bans profiles for no reason
So it looks like I'm the owner of a level 100 Steam account. I played CS2 as usual. One day, I tried to set up a new profile and artwork, which Steam blocked. They blocked my account. Then they asked me to prove I was the owner. I did everything, and the next day they unblocked me. Then I tried to log into CS2, but I couldn't because it gave me an error that ownership could not be verified, so I had to contact them again. They closed my ticket once. The second time, I got a response: "Based on the content you provided, we've confirmed that you are not the original creator of the account."

As a result, you will no longer be able to use it.

Any advice?

Are you the original creator of the account?
If you are not the original owner/ creator of the account, it is not yours.

Why do you say it looks like you are the owner? Why wouldn’t you say you are the owner of the account?
so you did buy account and now you are mad that you lost it.

learn from it dont buy accounts
Is the account even yours? Only the person CREATING the account can be seen as the owner by the TOS.

Considering the volume of the 'farmed accounts' market for CS2, it's not something to discard.

As I said, I am, I provided everything in the email, payments, keys, and they unlocked me. I had a problem with the game because it kept showing that I wasn't the owner, but the account didn't have any restrictions, so I reported the error. Two days later, they wrote that I wasn't the owner, when the day before they managed to confirm that I was, and they took my account, removed my number, and changed the email to some dot.

It sounds like maybe the original creator of the account contacted Valve with the information they needed to prove that it is theirs.

They claimed it was purchased when they unlocked it for me the day before because I gave them everything and when I reported the game they took it away from me?

Unfortunately, this is not the case because I am the owner

Why then would they block the account if they shouldn't have had any reason to do so?
