I do not think that studios are willing to drop tens of billions of dollars into a project just yet.

what to expect?
buying a new pc
because when a big enough game comes along.
many people make it work and each one wants a slice of pie.
so we pay the price for their crafty crap.

No such thing as AAA games that is a rouse too make a sale on usually rushed rubbish. A studio is a studio and you either have talent or you do not but they all have their tricks up their sleeves.

Budged for GTA 6 estimated to be around 1-2 billion dollars so... AAA+?

That'd be AAAA, I would say that it'd have to sell well, but knowing the Grand Theft Auto fanbase... it's going to.

I wouldn't be so sure. Console gaming is way less popular then when GTA 5 released and we have one less major console in play (xbox is dying and doesnt even sell consoles on the shelves at stores anymore)

I honestly don't think it will even come close to GTA 5 success. Everyone and their mom had a xbox 360 or PS3..... 50% of PS users are still on PS4 and PS5 sales don't even come close to PS4 sales

Probably a game which is going to sell for 200$ at launch? And they'll still make you pay for hundred of DLCs after that, of course.

Personally I've already put my foot in the sand. Any game asking me more than 60$ CAD better be the best experience of my life. Result being I don't purchase them because none of those recent games have been a pleasant experience, even less better than in the past...
