Gifting a bundle, but some items are already owned by the recipient

What happens if I gift someone a bundle (specifically meant for gifting) and the person already owns some of the items? Can the gift still be accepted? Will those items be refunded, or does the full price still apply?

Packages/bundles that can be gifted, you pay the full price regardless and they get what they do not already own and games they do already own goes POOF.

I think they'll just get the games they don't own, not entirely sure though
