UPDATE SAVED PAYMENT METHOD
If anyone has noticed they removed the Paypal option as a Payment Method, Now it seems if your existing payment method is paypal it now requires you to have a credit card on file with Paypal. LOL

That was PayPal's decision, especially for UK residents.
