Make family share games reviewable
Instead of restricting families Steam could allow FAMILY SHARED games to be reviewable by people in the same household. It isnt that hard or make free weekend games and free to play games non reviewable since one is forbidden while others fine doesnt make sense.

Only the person with the game's license attached to their account can review a game. This prevents some abuse of the review system.

Did you even read my post?

The difference is that F2P and free weekends attach the license to YOUR account (however temporarily), Family Sharing does not. It grants you access to someone else's license.

Because Steam made it so. While it may stop abuse on shared games (which can be prevented by allowing reviewing on same household just like streaming services detect account sharing), it doesnt stop it on free weekend and free to play games. Can be abused on different computers even on the same computer albeit limited.

Difference is you play a free weekend game which requires a payed licence but you can review it freely, yet lets say a brother BOUGHT a game/license but his sister cant review it on her account while both can do it for a $60 free weekend game they both didnt pay for and played like 20 mins. Ok you converted me, makes total sense.

Valve already closed the loophole allowing this very thing.

Don't expect them to allow it now.

I dont expect them to allow a loophole. Read my first post, just expect them to be fair on this but how could i expect any support with such stuck up and holier than thou community.

Hello

Whats fair about it? Why should a single bought license be able to generate up to 6 different reviews?
That just screams " will be abused to push/downvote" games.

No thank you. The user who bought the game and has the original license attached to their account should be the only one whose review is counted.

I am not opposed if Valve would make it so that Steam Family members can review a game but their review will be marked to show that AND their review wont count for the overall rating average.
That would be ok. Everything else, nope.

Free weekends specifically don't require a paid license. It's even in the name, "free".

Re-reading your post will not somehow change facts, you seem to be aware of this.
