24 Hour Clock
It's showing 24 hour clock in the overlay even though I disabled it. Re-enabling and disabling does nothing.

How do I get rid of this awful 24 hour clock glitch?

Go into Steam settings -> Interface and turn off 24 hour clock.

It doesn't work. It's not even enabled yet it's still showing this awful 24 hour clock in the overlay.

Mine won't change at all. No matter what I do. Is there a fix? I tried uninstalling Steam and it still shows a 24 hour clock. Even when I turn on/off the setting.
