Horror isn't my thing so I don't have any scary ones to offer, but here are some dark hidden gems (IMO) to maybe consider:

Buckshot Roulette
Ravenous Devils
Paint the Town Red
Half Sword

Amnesia the bunker i must admit it was one of the scariest experiences if you play in evenings with headphones, Outlast games (all games) , Outlast Trials not only scary but multiplayer to , real gem :)
