Just avoid holiday sales these days imo.. they aren't really sales anymore anyway.

Sad to watch the most creative game company become so boring and lazy.

Even Steam's Summer Sales event was shockingly lackluster so the Sales Events are gradually losing their touch.

Most definitely. And even then, can probably get them for cheaper on GOG. :P

Exactly.

Events such as the Halloween sale should have larger discounts. The discounts they offer are, in most cases, the same as in the regular weekly sales. Larger discounts would encourage purchases. Very lazy indeed!

At least the art is not awful this time, and there's something good on sale in my wishlist.

Maybe they should pay them more, it's like any other worker out there right now, s are obsessed with cheap labor, thing is they sacrifice hard work and experience for profits...you see this all over the store now with all the cheap porn and asset flips.

Yeah, I remember when we used to get events. WIthout fail, there was always one contingent of users screaming bloody murder about them in the forums, and another using exploits and other shenanigans to break them. So yeah, I'm not surprised Valve doesn't do them anymore, if that's the kind of thanks they get.
