Triple A Titles
Am I crazy or how are AAA title games just recently starting to reach 100+ player lobbies... Other games been doing it for 15+ years...

How are AAA titles STILL NOT using proximity voice chat?? Other games have had it for 15+ years now...

How are we just getting dragging mechanics? Other games had it for 15 years now...

Ex. Project Reality 2 (a mod built off of battlefield 2), Arma, SQUAD, Mount&Blade Napoleonic Wars...

All of those games have had 100+ player lobbies, prox chat, free look, reviving mechanics (and some even more advanced medical mechanics), and AAA titles are still basically the same game just with "Better graphics" each year lmao.

I mean, BF6 is fun, but how are AAA titles still lacking so much and the other games get so little notice? There are millions of gamers who never heard of any of those titles but always talk about or dream of a game that has those concepts... If only they knew those games have been around for over a decade now, lmao.

Maybe we stop referring to games like BF6 as AAA titles. Just because the developers do, doesn't mean we have to as well.

Careful now, the white knights around here are going to lecture you on how AAA is only meant to differentiate from price brackets instead of the logical quality differentiation we've always had in the past.

And yeah, AAA is pretty much synonym of trash right now.
Careful now, the usual suspects are going to show up to dismiss anyone who doesn't agree with your position as "white knights", and lecture us on how everything in the industry sucks and you should all hate gaming.

It's called marketing, OP. That js what AAA is, publishers with big budgets that advertise heavily.

I suggest to not focus on the label and just look at the content. Looks fun? Play it. You'll game much more freely.
I don't call it AAA, I call it "poopoo-doodoo".
Dunno i haven't played or bought Battlefield 6 i'm over multiplayers these days.

Depends on the game, some like TMNT Shredder's Revenge only has up to 6 players for theirs I believe.
The only AAA title you need is CS2. This game has been around forever and still has a large player base. Any game can last for as long as it does and still have this many active players is considered AAA in my book.
