Game devs have the ability to add this feature inside their own game if they wish to.
Valve isn't going to go about this if the game devs don't want to enable it for their game(s).
Heck, PUBG already turned off the trading feature.
I have DBD junk in my inventory that I never asked for. I removed the game from my library (closest I can get with Steam’s current system to outright deleting it permanently). I should be allowed to delete (or at least remove) the ugly DBD non-tradable, non-marketable junk I never asked for from my inventory too.
