I think your over reacting a bit but I will agree it's kinda silly at the very least.

I'm not very worked up about it, it's just an annoyance. There are a couple of games that I've already purchased for other systems multiple times (think SNES, 3/DS, Switch) that I can't get points shop items from because I don't own it on Steam specifically. It's not that big of a deal, but it is pretty stupid.

Its not only game ownership its owned and 2 hours playtime.. which is even worse..
