Do people actually play singleplayer games?
Do people actually play singleplayer games? I mean, I can’t imagine waking up and just playing a singleplayer game all day, it’s so lonely it gets boring.

I played Dragon Age Origins for like 6 hours yesterday. Didn't get boring at all and I could always go on Discord to chat with my friends if I wanted to.
"Do people really read books?"-ass energy. Get that rot off your brain.
I only play single-player games these days. It's nice and peaceful.

And... I can use *smacks lips* mawds. Single-player games I can mod to my heart's content.
I only play singleplayer games. I prefer to not be in game with obnoxious people who make threads like these.
I mostly play singleplayer. Multiplayer requires the kind of commitment I neither have time for nor interest in. To be good at any game in multiplayer today, you basically need to commit to it as if it was a second job.
yea boring af ngll
Why would I want my playthroughs interrupted by presence of damn people though? Those are obstacles I definitely don't want in my games.
I hate Co-Op, I hate PvP, I hate MOBAs, I hate MMOs. I have no use for such games.

This OP. I'm currently playing Control and enjoying it a lot. I don't have a short attention span and like to follow a story. I'm happy to play co-op too, but that competitive stuff is not for everyone.
Not everybody is into (for example) competitive spheres and not everybody likes dealing with people in any way, whether co-op, versus or whatever. Introverts do exist, and singleplayer isn't a bad genre. I personally like and prefer playing on my own a lot, I'm not much of a talkative person so I get to enjoy a title without distraction. If I do play something with friends it's usually after I've beaten the game on my own. Singleplayer games can be a solace for many people, and a lot of them are very interesting to play, for example NieR Automata, Dying Light + DL2, DL: The beast, DOOM, Borderlands and so on. Even most gacha games are focused on singleplayer PVE gameplay, like my beloved (Ik cringe) Wuthering Waves. There is a TON of titles that can be enjoyed by yourself.

I've been a singleplayer gamer for ages. I only bother with MP titles if they have a way for me to play by myself (Vs Bots or solo content) Also I play them on easy.

I value my gaming time enough as to lose it dealing with the average multiplayer experience. Besides SP games don't mind if I have quit because life knocks at your door.

Do you even hear yourself talking?

I'm not interested in ring0 infected multiplayer games, randoms, and you guess, toxic communities.
