How to make steam remember my password, so i do not have to log in everytime.

You need to check the box, so it will remember you

While Steam doesn't remember the password (the mechanics are a bit different), there should be a checkbox on the login window...

There's also Settings -> Security -> "Don't save account credentials on this computer".

Also, if you want to exit the client, select "Exit". Do not select "Sign out".
