its me who contact him first. The reporter SS me the ticket, and the ticket said I can appeal to this "Walter Lin" account. So I chat him first, and he asked my purchase history so I wonder why he need that, if he is an admin, he can look it out by himself
That's a scam. Appeals are also done through community messages, NEVER via Steam account. Edit: take down the link to the account because it's against the rules to "name and shame" users, block both the linked account and the one which claims to have falsely report you. It's a very old scam.

Never wander off to sites such as Discord or chat directly with an account holder. That will be a scam, it's not how Steam support works.
if there is an issue with your account, you would receive a large alert in the steam client itself that can't be dismissed until you acknowledge it telling you the issue and to open a support ticket.
