Is this real account for steam support?
I'm investigating false report to my account with certain account. I'm just checking if this account legit?

Steam support never contacts you directly. If you received anything that isn't a community message from an account, that's not a member of support, most likely a scammer.

its me who contact him first. The reporter SS me the ticket, and the ticket said I can appeal to this "Walter Lin" account. So I chat him first, and he asked my purchase history so I wonder why he need that, if he is an admin, he can look it out by himself

That's a scam. Appeals are also done through community messages, NEVER via Steam account. Edit: take down the link to the account because it's against the rules to "name and shame" users, block both the linked account and the one which claims to have falsely report you. It's a very old scam.

oh ok, thans for the warning
If you have any message from support they will be flagged in your notifications. You will be able to reply via the message system to a genuine support team member.

Never wander off to sites such as Discord or chat directly with an account holder. That will be a scam, it's not how Steam support works.
no one from support will ever contact you outside the support ticket system. this includes steam chat or any 3rd party service like discord.

if there is an issue with your account, you would receive a large alert in the steam client itself that can't be dismissed until you acknowledge it telling you the issue and to open a support ticket.

Also, the "false report" and "you will be banned, so send your items somewhere else" stories are entirely fabricated as well; Steam never works like that.
