Adult games are fine as long as they follow the rules in place as is the case here it looks like and if you do not like these types of games you are fine to enable adult content filters again as they are on by default.
People have been told this in those other threads and even when told that is illegal they even go so far as to say it's not illegal because they are "not real people" even after they are told the law applies to anime / drawn art of such content.
It seems certain users have caught onto the fact that you're allowed to insult others as long as you use the right insults.
Steam rejects a game to be published; it's gets published on GOG instead.
Despite this, claim the game has illegal content and that the only people who have a problem with the game being removed are attracted to children.
Steam moderation looks the other way while this happens for some reason; consequence-free trolling successful.
Except of course age restrictions and be under R18 filter.
I don't see any issues for this games to exist, just as Valve

Towel shot, numerous bathing suit shots (one dlc that's a borderline microbikini), a girl who seems to look to be in panties and a gym sweatshirt.
The characters are supposedly what...2nd year of highschool? So...16?
Minors? Check. Skimpy clothes? Check. Compromising positions? Check.
Maybe don't GPT up a 12 page essay if you want people to read it all?
Being fictional by said laws, doesn't make it legal.
I'm not sure how you got your analysis of the game from what was written on the page. It sounds like you're describing a very different game than the one you linked to.
So explain why FMV game Hamukoi, which features only 18+ characters, with real adult women taking the roles, and featuring no sex at all, was banned by Valve.
There's an explicit rule against sexual content involving real people. If you're explicitly stating that they're adults, I would assume there's something along those lines going on.
