Missing Avatar
I had an avatar of the Steam girl with her cat, I removed it a few months ago and today I wanted to put it back but it didn't appear among my avatars, when I checked the inventory history it says canceled.

Nope, It's not there, I can buy it again from the point shop, but I'm not going to lol, I would like to know why they removed it from my inventory at least

What happens to my Steam Points when I refund a game?

When you refund a game, the points you gained from that purchase will be deducted from your account. If that causes your Points balance to go negative, we'll also remove the most recent items and Community Awards (and related tips) you've used points for, until your balance is no longer negative.
