Youtube link will not sign me in....ever!!
As title, videos, I try to link my youtube account, takes me to google sign in and fails every time, I don't know why it was signed in for years and was used a few months ago, I can sign in on firefox ok and edge but not via steam, there are discussions on this for years....what is going on with steam just lately again, all my settings seem to have changed yet again.
The browser not being secure? try using a different browser......oh how when its steam that opens the fecking thing!
Cannot even post a pic anymore ffs.

Anyone got any ideas on this?

Steam client is using an older version of chromium open source part of Chrome)
So will have issues like that

Do the linking from your normal browser it should work there

Google dont trust Steam secirety as much as Steam dose

Use a real browser since Google blocked embedded browsers like Steam in 2020.

Well I would if I could, even though I changed the default browser to edge steam still wont open in anything other than google???........

You open the Steam page in your webbrowser and do that stuff there, not in the Steam client itself.
