Verified Adult, Can't look at community page for adult games I don't own
This need to be fixed I can't even look at the extended list of reviews.
I can buy the games, then I can see the community page.

There are no valve / steam employees or staff, server techs, steam support, or moderators in this steam related sub-forum. No one in this USER - USER only sub-forum can help you with your rant. we are just users.
The safety act concerns online content, not just games. In order to view online content, you need to verify your age. The game community page will have content from that game. Therefore, you cannot view that community page unless you verify your age.

My point is even though I HAVE verified it, I can only see games I own, not ones I might buy.
Same for me I'm Verified and I can't see the community discussions on adult games yet I can buy adult games? Its a pain was hoping it was a steam mistake but I'm beginning to think it will stay like this forever :steamfacepalm:

I've already posted about this. Valve have messed up and made it so even when you've verified your age you can't view community content unless you already own the game. As a side note it doesn't work for demos in your library either. It does work for free to play games though.

I raised it with support and they promised to pass it on, Maybe if more people raise it they might actually fix it.

thats a 3rd party moderation company that works for valve not at valve. On their behalf to mod the forum.

its like a call centre for moderation.
Then that is still valve moderating the forum.
Outsourced or not they do poor damage control for valve.

A Hired Company handles basic Moderation of the steam forums, Steam Support has no access to the steam forums, the only valve-steam employees are the Forums Manager and there assistant. Other steam departments monitor their respective help forums for reading user posted issues. Client, OS, Steam I&S, Marketplace, Steamdeck, Mobile, Universe, Steam Chat, Steam Remote, theses are steam employees watched forums.

Also steam support does not pass on to other departments. They ONLY handle user account issues including purchases and refunds.

Has anyone received a support ticket response saying that valve intend to fix this ? - or is this the way they want it to be ? (eg; not being able to access mature forums for games you don't own).
