Why did you never get it when it gets put on sale? is the price $15.99+tax for you (while it's on sale) or does it cost more?

And you can just save up money here and there until you have the right amount. No rush to buy it, especially since you're playing it for free (and who knows for how long) but not saving any cash for it is not a smart move, even more so if you actually want to buy it.

Probably could have been bought it if you'd been saving money from the start.
