账号被盗刷损失1000人民币

第一次被盗刷，感觉对方太厉害了，steam钱包简直是他的提款机。当时在战地2042玩单人做配件任务，对局一直红色丢包（电脑配置12700k+4090）玩了大概二十分钟太卡就不玩了，关闭游戏发现电脑网络显示无连接，但是能上网只是网速慢（接的网线），用了电脑管家网络修复没有效果，过了一会在23：06收到求购单完成的邮件，邮件确认付款时间是8：05，期间手机令牌没有任何提示，也没有任何异常登录通知，甚至登录历史记录都被清除了，我的密码是我随机按的，我自己都记不住（用纸笔记录再输进平台）。而关键的是对方不会承担任何处罚，steam客服会说这个钱从对方账户取出会扰乱市场，真的会吗

Your account was hijacked because you gave away the account login information somewhere. Any wallet funds or items will not be returned as you are responsible for the security of your account and any actions on it.

They were able to guess your Steam password?
They were also able to guess yourr Steam Guard codes that change every 30 seconds?

No. You gave them this information and that is how they were able to access your account.

我曾经也是觉得不要透露任何账号信息就能避免这种事的发生，但是亲身经历之后才知道这种事有多匪夷所思

You gave them the account information somewhere. It's the only way that this happens.

Because it devalues other items on the market. Why should my items lose value because valve has to duplicate and return your items because you cannot take care of your account properly?

They stopped returning items in 2015 and that is the reason. It hurts the market.. Learn to take your account security more seriously next time.

交易完成到提起申诉不到24小时，余额都没到账为什么不退回，市场交易余额到账冷却期有起到作用吗？steam的异常登录拦截有起到作用吗？我自己令牌地址ip对不上电脑地址都登不上去，盗号的却登上去了，steam一不拦截罪款，二不严惩罪犯，这就是一个全球最大游戏平台的作风吗

You will not get anything back. What part of this are you not understanding. Steam Support will not restore anything. They already told you this.

Hijacked. Malware or phishing.

Follow steps 1-6 to secure your account:

1. Scan for malware https://www.malwarebytes.com/
2. Check that the email and phone number on the Steam account are still yours.
3. Deauthorize all other devices https://store.steampowered.com/twofactor/manage
4. Change passwords from a trusted/clean device.
5. Generate new backup codes for your Mobile App https://store.steampowered.com/twofactor/manage
6. Revoke the API key https://gtm.steamproxy.vip/dev/apikey (there should be nothing in the APIKEY)
