No this is 100% wrong, EAC whitelists certain modification applications,
ReShade Specifically was Whitelisted by EAC in the past

Certain games such as Hunt Showdown have banned ReShade, that does not mean that ReShade is not Whitelisted

You need to ask in the games own forum.

It's game dependent, always has been. No idea why you'd ask in the forums since didn't know, to then berate someone for being wrong when they are correct.
