So in 2020 i created my steam acc and i couldnt log in for the past 2 years I remember in library i had Dark Souls games which i was playing with my friend and actually this friend purchased the games for me i just redeemed the keys to get them. Since 2022 i wasnt really active on steam because i stopped playing those games but last year when i wanted to play and tried logging in to steam i just could not recover the account because it had a completely different email address attached to it and at that moment i realized it must be stolen because i never had an email address that ended with the letter that was shown (during recovery only last letter is visible of the email adress that is currently attached) Phone number recovery option wasnt possible since that number is inactive because i moved from Hungary to Austria and i canceled mobile service because i am using austrian number. Last year i gave up on recovering my account when support answered to my ticket and was asking me to provide purchase history which again i could not do because my friend was giving me the keys to redeem and get my games. Today i tried again and contacted support Now uploaded some screenshots of my email inboxes which are from 2020-2022 and proving that at the time of registration i was the one who created the account because i still have the notification email about confirming the registration back in 2020 I also uploaded my ID card to show my birth date and name because during account creation i had to set date of birth and i am not sure but maybe my real name was also necessary to complete registration Just right now my friend managed to find 2 of the game redeem keys that he purchased and gave to me to activate them and get those games in my steam library back in 2022
I did provide these keys in my support ticket

No answer yet i am very excited this time After 3 years it would feel amazing to get my steam account back and be able to play those games again Hope this time it works out
