steam app making no sense
why does steam app lets you have all the accounts you wish logged at the same time

but as soon as you have too many of them it will eat all the ip data and gives you this

and the only way to bypass this is with work arounds like disable the app wifi connection and make it to use the neighbour internet instead of yours so the ips are different

i dont get it, i have 100 alt accounts on the phone and just 3 days of experimentation i find out the cons, there should be a option for the app dont send requests atleast you want the codes of the steam guard instead of use WORK AROUNDS

because valve made in Team Fortress 2 the Jungle Inferno Campaign cannot be repeat once you complete it so if you wish to complete again you need make a new account, in counter strike they let you repeat the contracts, so i find the way to farm all the content of jungle iferno and is with alt accounts, i was calmy doing the farmin until i got those things just attempting to sending the rest of the loot, i wouldnt need that many accounts if valve made the things right for all its games

the works around i find is just swapping wifi or using phone data made the trade quick and continue aafter disable steam app internet,the steam app shouldnt be sending requests by default, just generate the codes or atleast put 5 minutes of efford in the game and made the contract repeatable after buy it again

Ah yes, the Steam app—where logic goes to die. I too have discovered that the real endgame isn’t the games themselves, it’s figuring out how to trick your router into thinking you’re 17 different people while juggling 100 accounts. Truly, the next esports meta is not aiming or strategy, it’s ‘How Many IPs Can I Pretend To Have Before Steam Eats My Soul.’ 10/10 would disconnect Wi-Fi and haunt the neighbor’s router again.

You have 100 alts and blame the app for the problems you have?
To me it looks more like your habits are the problem and not the app.

Why would anyone need that many accounts.

why steam allows it if then is not gonna let you have them or better yet, why they let a game have repurchaseable content and the other not despite being made by the same company

Only Steam has been working this badly for about a week or two. It has nothing to do with the IP, or maybe it has on other occasions... This time everything indicates that the error is Steam's due to the changes they are making to the market for some future update.
