You cannot redeem points for this item, because you do not own the associated game or do not have two hours of playtime in it.
I purchased a game for it's background on the point store and got this message... cool. I purchased the game and let it run for 4.3Hrs. yet I still have this message pop up? is there a fix to this? Thanks

Maybe wait a bit longer Steam can be slow.
Did yu select from your games?
