talk to the games developer / publisher, as they set the game prices, not steam.

What it should cost? Based on whose opinions?

While direct currency conversion is appealing and would seem to make sense, it's problematic. Exchange rates fluctuate and you might not be happy if the price was always changing to match USD to PLN exchange rates, even if the change were small.

Also, you're not promised that PLN prices will always be direct conversions. And since sometimes prices are less and sometimes more, doesn't it average out somewhat?

Like we all get what you're thinking, but it's something people have been doing for decades to grouse about pricing, and not even limited to Steam. Prices aren't usually going to be a direct conversion even if they're similar prices.

Get your government to embrace the Euro! :)
Then pay in (fairly stable) Euros.

That is the price Xbox are charging as they set the price.

If Poland joined the Euro the price is 29,99€

The euro currency would kill Poland, maybe not in the context of buying games, but still xD
But wait don't all EU countries pay in euro? I'm surprised because I live in Scandinavia and we don't have euro here, but I pay for games in euro on steam?

because polish laws.

While paying in euro is allowed, everyone that wants to sell goods in Poland must offer at least one payment option in PLN.

As Valve's store region system only supports paying in one currency and not multiple, it's PLN.

One of these friends who want something, but doesn't like the consequences. Sure, you want to keep weak local currency, but don't like to pay higher prices for imported goods.
Want to pay in Złoty, but when it turns out to be expensive, go and cry about Valve, developers, the whole world...
(I call it "Brexit guys" - they wanted brexit, but no consequences).
