Talk to Xbox Game Studios.
A scroll down would have been nice.
What it should cost? Based on whose opinions?
While direct currency conversion is appealing and would seem to make sense, it's problematic. Exchange rates fluctuate and you might not be happy if the price was always changing to match USD to PLN exchange rates, even if the change were small.
Also, you're not promised that PLN prices will always be direct conversions. And since sometimes prices are less and sometimes more, doesn't it average out somewhat?
Like we all get what you're thinking, but it's something people have been doing for decades to grouse about pricing, and not even limited to Steam. Prices aren't usually going to be a direct conversion even if they're similar prices.
Then pay in (fairly stable) Euros.
That is the price Xbox are charging as they set the price.
If Poland joined the Euro the price is 29,99€
While paying in euro is allowed, everyone that wants to sell goods in Poland must offer at least one payment option in PLN.
As Valve's store region system only supports paying in one currency and not multiple, it's PLN.
Want to pay in Złoty, but when it turns out to be expensive, go and cry about Valve, developers, the whole world...
(I call it "Brexit guys" - they wanted brexit, but no consequences).
