What game? if you are troubling with every game than clear the cache file on steam or empty the prefetch temp you can simply empty all cache files by going through with a simple shortcut key "window+r it will lead you to the search bar empty all files and if some files remain skip them but i don't know what game are you can't play i suggest you go to the game own forum.
