Launching a new game always puts me at the poles, Why?
I've launched several hundred games and every single one put me in what looks like the poles. Hate this! Maybe once in about 25 games it puts me elsewhere. How can I stop this. Not playing a crappy location, period!
I can't see anyway to direct the game to put me in a better area to start. Always SNOW! Always!
I play Earth Type worlds.

It's a rough guess, but I think that this topic is the equivalent of about 69 gigaWAT.
