How to open a support ticket for age verification query.

I have tried to do this silly age verification. I used my card. Steam took £1. Not verified.
I have tried to open a support ticket but i keep getting stuck in loops on the help section.

Any ideas?

I suggest just waiting a while because lots of people are saying it's broken.

How I did it was-

>My Account
>Data Related To Your Steam Account
And then scroll all the way to the bottom for the "Contact Steam Support" misc option

Since it is 'Related Data' to your steam account.

2.If it was not a Sunday I would argue that you try to find a phone number to call them directly. It's a thing. My grandma has done it. She is the only person I know that has ever been on the phone with customer service or a Valve rep. She wanted her financial info removed and her account deactivated. I don't know what kind of legal threat she sent over email but you kind of need to approach this how a boomer would.

Steam support is ONLY via the steam support ticket system. There is no voice phone line, no live chat, no text, no external email address for support.
