I can still play the mature content games I own, I cant't see a way to age verify "without" a credit card though, I entered my debit card but it doesn't count it seems, I can't get a credit card because of my terrible credit rating, I am way older than 18 tho.

You can still play that game but you can no longer view the store page or the community hub for that game.
