i have my debit card saved already and when i click it to verfication it just brings me back to asking for a verfication/add card screen
I have a Debit Card attached to my Steam account and it does not accept it. So its unlikely it will accept their Debit Card.
Tried verifying the debit card I've been using, you click continue and it just goes back to the main screen with no effect.
or is master card for debit card?
What's stopping you from getting a credit card and why is that Valve's problem to solve? The law they're complying with isn't something they created, so what about that FlareFluffsune?
Why is Valve responsible for solving the inconvenience your laws have caused you?
I mean, I've had credit cards for like 27 years, what's the problem? Are you incapable of managing money responsibly and the only way you can is avoiding certain financial products? Why is that Valve's problem either?
Either Valve fixes this so debit cards work, or they hopefully include the selfie option as a way of confirmation. Better a selfie than the government ID, even if it is Valve we're talking about.
What cave are you living in? Regardless, Valve might have a better idea of what most of their customers are doing than you, ya think?
At a certain point you will have to meet the requirements of the system, the system won't always have to change to accommodate your special needs.
You'll just have to wait and see if any tinkering is done to the system, there was bound to be growing pains as some users struggle to verify for whatever reasons. I'm sure none of it was Valve's first choice either. They're already trying to do the bare minimum.
i would of thought those that are 18 and over with debit cards wouldent need to verify thier age.. im in my thirty's and getting asked like im a 13 year old
