Not all games with pre-ordering allow early access to the game, in fact vast majority don't have easy access to game when pre-ordering

Pre-ordering and advanced access are two different things.

Anyway, you should pay for neither.

And why aren't you posting the question on that game's forum, where people might have an answer (like the usual "the advance access still doesn't unlock for another 3 hours, check your time zones")
