This is likely ... just like there will be ignorant people handing them out.

Three of the things I personally would like to see the most in Steam Forums:

- Threads auto close after 'x' amount of days since last activity.

- "Unsubscribe from all threads" button.

- The removal of the Steam Awards function from the forums section.

Edit: The last one is a bit of a "nuclear option" regarding the subject of this thread, but IMO it could be the best one to tackle the convoluted issue.

When the awards were introduced, there were even threads with the sole purpose of giving each other jester awards 🤡.

They were considered funny back then.
