Removing Ubisoft Games on Steam, what will happen in the Ubisoft Connect?
Hello community, I'm just curious.

I've been thinking of remove some Ubisoft games in my library (I'm talking about the "I want to permanently remove this game from my account" feature of Steam).

If, let's say, I removed Far Cry 3 on my Steam account, will it still appear in my Ubisoft Connect library?

- I have two Far Cry 3s in my Ubisoft Connect account and I want to get rid of one of them because it keeps prompting me which version of the game I want to launch (the Steam version or the UPlay version) everytime I launch this game and it's annoying me really.

Yes. Any Ubisoft games removed from the library on Steam will carry over to Ubisoft Connect.
I don't think you can remove games that you bought with money. I'm talking about Steam. You can uninstall and hide. But remove? I don;t think so.

the license will always be attached to the account since you can restore the game later if you wish. Permanently delete is just an early version of the HIDE feature

calling it PERMANENTLY DELETE was just to make the people asking for the option to permanent delete stuff happy. its a good thing steam didnt give people exactly what they wanted.

Yep. That would be a nightmare otherwise. Someone could be trying to run a game while intoxicated and the next day they would be calling the support and crying about it. Obviously Steam did the right thing.
I have the same query, but for Epic Games Store. As in if I remove a game from my EGS account, will it remove my Ubisoft Account version of the game as well? Or will it only remove it from EGS and keep it in Ubisoft? Can't find anything on the web about this

Nope. Tried removing Ubisoft games in my Steam account after I posted it. The games still appear in the Ubisoft Connect library, but I couldn't play the game anymore because launching Ubisoft games I bought on Steam on Ubisoft Connect launches Steam again and Steam couldn't recognize if I own the game because I removed it (I did however re-enable it back again same way as how I removed it via Support).

- In short there is no way to remove Ubisoft Games on Ubisoft Connect even if you remove it in your Steam account. You can only use the Hide feature of Steam and Ubisoft connect and pretend that the games does not exist. Dunno if Epic Games has the same feature.

Cant see an issue with ubisoft gaymes not being available, deleted, accidentally deleted, i probably wouldn't notice, be like ant poo being wiped off your glasses, wouldn't miss it.. i'm not being smart, legit question, and wouldn't it be better to actually play a prehistoric game of knuckles, or make a bacon toastie than to fire up any ubisoft lame, i mean gayme and be reminded of what its most likely similar to losing your mind. It's like trying to force yourself to watch 5 seconds worth of msnbc or cnn, or god forbid, join social media, and for myself that's never gonna happen.
