Windows 2000 / xp
I have old os computer and i want play steam in offline modus or online ifs working like counter strike 1.6 or some 90s , 2000er games... i dont like win 10 and 11 anymore

Ummm, no. Cannot & will not happen.
just install modern linux, they are compatible with old hardware
Steam stopped supporting Windows XP over 5 years ago, your best bet is some Linux distro.that uses less recurses.

Dude, it took me literally five minutes to read this. "Resources" not recurses. What even is that? What word did you mean? Also, distro? You mean distribution?

Best option is to use Linux for any ancient OS and hardware
