Sales aren't region-locked, but some games can be region-locked if the devs wish them to be.

Are you seeing any discounts on your end? That's what I want to know. This is not the first time that I click on a sales event that I am interested in only to find zero discounts.

The banner says the sale starts October 13. And while it may be October 13 where you live, it isn't October 13 everywhere yet. Sales events generally don't start until halfway through the day at Valve. Check back later or tomorrow and you should see discounts then.

Huh. You're right. It's not October 13 everywhere yet. Ha. I just find it odd that this happens more often than not. Sales Events already live, yet not one discount anywhere.

Sure. As soon as the discounts are live. Otherwise, I am just jumping the gun. Sorry. This has already happen enough times that I need to be certain that it's the correct answer.

All prices are region locked, some aren't as bad as others but the difference varies.

While I think this is certainly true today, there was a time once when sales could be region locked. Hunted The Demon's Forge was one such game that had a sale only in some regions while not others, for example.

Usually it is always at the time store offers get refreshed L.... which is (i think) 10am p(s)dt or so
