So I bought a new phone and had to move my steam auth to the new phone, I did not disable it on the old phone I connected via email with a code, how long it will take until it release my trade held

Is the phone number the same between devices?
If so, it shouldn't be too much issue, but if you didn't use the Move Authenticator option from the old phone, then you have to wait 15 days as a security precaution.

2 day holds on trades for the following 2 days.

2 day holds on Market listings for about the following 36 hours. Relist again afterwards.
