How to hide your friends activity?

I mean, can I moderate the feed of activities from a certain persons and not as a whole?

I am tired from aa different spam in my feed.

Sadly you cant. You can only deactivate the entire activity feed, thats it.
You can not deactivate the activities of just certain friends.
Has been a complain for years by users but Steam does not seem to care.
