Report a translation problem
You can already ignore dev/pubs IF they have a dev/pub page to ignore.
For EA... https://store.steampowered.com/publisher/EA
Click the cog icon to the right hand side of the page.
Some titles aren't associated to the publisher page and may not be ignored by ignoring EA themselves. And not all areas of the main store page may not respect the ignore.
Today is a release day for them. I kinda figured.
But it has a limit shared among curators, if you use it too much, at some point you can't ignore anymore.

You click the Gear icon, and select Ignore Creator.
Also not everyone is using it, and some maybe duplicates.
Also if you use that feature, all games under them will also be temp ignored or fake ignored, if you ever uningore the publisher those games were basically never ignored.
