Hello Valve Team,

Seriously, if you’re going to block access to the Community Market because of PayPal verification or “recent payment activity”, you could at least warn users before they make the payment, not after everything is processed successfully.

I’ve just funded my wallet using PayPal for the first time, and there was absolutely no prior notification that this would trigger a 3-day restriction. If I had known, I would’ve simply used my Visa card instead and avoided this pointless waiting period.

It makes no sense to complete a transaction instantly, confirm it as successful, and then tell the user “by the way, you can’t use your balance for a few days.” That’s not a very user-friendly system.

Would appreciate if you could reconsider how this is handled in the future — at least show a clear warning during checkout for new PayPal accounts.
