Puzzle game addict: I feel like I played all what Steam could provide in terms of Puzzle Games
I just feel like I played all what Steam could provide in terms of Puzzle Games, now unless a future Talos Principle 3 or a Portal 3 get released one day, I will stop getting on Steam. Sounds very weird to say after so many years... i do not know if other people have the same feeling. In any case, enjoy.

Tried the Portal mods?
Idk what you have and haven't played, but an obscure but excellent puzzle game I know of is DROD.

Understandably most people would be put off by its art style and voice acting, but I genuinely think it is one of the best puzzle games out there.

Steam actually has a good amount of not very well known, but excellent puzzle games, especially within the sokoban genre. I would suggest taking a deep dive using Steam's Interactive recommender. https://store.steampowered.com/recommender/
Do you only enjoy 3d ones? The titles you quote are just 2 mainstream titles, expanding your search would net you more options.

@TwinEdgedBastard - though I am not a puzzle afficiando, that looks interesting.
